FAQs

I haven’t received my image The email may have ended up in your junk or spam folder. Try checking for filters applied to your inbox as well.
The image didn’t isolate the correct person This is likely due to the background of the image. If it’s too busy, the tool will have trouble recognising the subject. Try choosing another image, or cropping the image so the subject is clearly in the centre.
Will my photo be used for AI training? Your image won’t be used for anything other than creating your poster. All images are securely stored on a private server and destroyed after 60 days.
What is the marketing process? When you click the tick-box, you may receive future emails from our marketing team about things like permission to use your poster in future marketing activity. Your image will never be used without clear consent from you.
Will my image be stored? If you consent to your poster being used for marketing, it will be stored for one year only. During this time, you might be contacted to contribute to the campaign. If you opt out, your image will be destroyed after 60 days
I’m alerted of inappropriate content, even though there isn’t any We designed our system to avoid the production of inappropriate content. If you keep getting this alert, try uploading a different image, or using a nickname.
How long will it take to receive my image? You should receive your image in just a few minutes
Can I share these images on social media? These images are yours to share on social media, and wherever you see fit to celebrate your young athlete.
Who holds the rights to these images? As the creator, you own your poster. You have full ownership and rights over your images.
I’ve misplaced my poster, can you resend it? Unfortunately, we can’t resend posters, as we remove them from our servers as soon as they’re sent off. Please upload a new image to create a new poster
Am I permitted to create multiple images? There’s no limit to supporting young athletes this way. You can create as many posters as you like.
My image isn’t in the middle of my poster? If not centred in your poster, the image you've chosen may not be cropped correctly. For best results, open the image on your device and crop any unnecessary margins before re-uploading, so that the hero of your image is now in the centre.
